【Booking & Payment】
1. For a single order with a total amount of NT$5,000 or more (inclusive), or for bookings requiring three vehicles or more (inclusive), a 30% deposit is required to confirm and secure the reservation.
2. For orders below NT$5,000, full payment may be made in cash on the service date; however, once the booking is confirmed, it is still subject to the cancellation policy.

2. Specified / Premium Vehicles (e.g., ALPHARD, LM, Nanny Van, etc.)
．Cancellation 8 days or more before the service date: Full deposit refund.
．Cancellation within 7 days of the service date: A termination fee will be charged based on actual dispatch and reservation costs, up to the amount of the paid deposit and not exceeding 30% of the total order amount.
3. Medium Bus / Coach
．Cancellation 16 days or more before the service date: Full deposit refund.
．Cancellation within 15 days of the service date: A termination fee will be charged based on actual vehicle reservation, driver scheduling, and administrative costs, up to the amount of the paid deposit and not exceeding 30% of the total order amount.
4. Multiple Specified Vehicles / Special Holidays / Customized Orders (e.g., multiple vehicles dispatched simultaneously, bike racks, special modifications, event charters, etc.)
．Cancellation 40 days or more before the service date: Full deposit refund.
．Cancellation within 39 days of the service date: A termination fee will be charged based on actual vehicle reservation, equipment preparation, and related operational costs, up to the amount of the paid deposit and not exceeding 30% of the total order amount.
5. Orders Without a Prepaid Deposit
If canceled within the above-mentioned periods, the traveler agrees to pay a termination fee based on actual vehicle dispatch, staffing, and administrative costs, up to 30% of the total order amount.
6. Force Majeure
In the event that the service cannot be performed due to natural disasters, government announcements, traffic restrictions, or other reasons beyond either party’s control, both parties may agree to postpone the service or waive the termination fee.

The above termination fees are calculated based on actual incurred costs and serve as reasonable compensation for losses, not as a punitive penalty.
