．To cancel the tour, please notify us in writing at least 10 days before departure (inclusive).70% of the total amount will be refunded, with 30% retained as a service fee.
．For bookings that include non-refundable items such as hotels, attraction tickets, or experiences, actual costs will be deducted and a detailed breakdown will be provided.
．No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 10 days of departure or in the case of no-shows.
．Each booking is eligible for one reschedule, which must be requested at least 10 days before departure and completed within 2 months from the original date. A rescheduling fee of NT$1,000 will be charged.
．In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, flight cancellations, or government restrictions, you may choose to reschedule or request a refund, but non-refundable items will be borne by the traveler.
．All tour dates and refund timelines follow Taiwan time (GMT+8). Please be mindful of time zone differences when requesting changes or refunds.
．This tour follows the “Standard Domestic Individual Travel Contract” or “Standard Domestic Travel Contract” as announced by the Tourism Bureau, MOTC. By completing the booking, you are deemed to have agreed to the above terms and contract.

．Chinese or English-speaking driver provides basic in-vehicle commentary(For full-time tour guide service, please request at booking – extra fee applies)
Insurance Coverage：
．Passenger Accident Insurance: TWD 5,000,000 per person
．Travel Liability Insurance: TWD 5,000,000 accident + TWD 200,000 medical per person
(Note: For passengers under 15 or over 70 years old, accident coverage is capped at TWD 2,500,000)
Exclusions：
．Meals and personal expenses
．Admission tickets, cable car tickets, and transportation fares
．Optional activities, classes, or local experiences
Guide Service Notes：
．5-seaters, 7-seaters, and 9-seaters do not include a professional guide. Drivers provide commentary in the car only and do not enter attractions. For full guided tours, please request during booking – certified guides only.
Itinerary Adjustments：
．In case of traffic control, bad weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure, the organizer may adjust the itinerary and schedule accordingly. Your understanding is appreciated.
Vehicle Use Responsibility：
If any damage, stains, or harm is caused to the vehicle interior, the passenger will be held responsible for cleaning or repair costs. The provider reserves the right to seek compensation.
Child Safety Policy：
．According to Taiwan traffic regulations, children under 4 years old must use a child safety seat. A fee of NT$200 per seat will apply. Please inform us at the time of booking. If not specified, we will consider the seat as declined.
